Yoga Golf Stretches

I need a lower back excersise that will strengthen and tone the back for support. So there it extends?
To golf, I need a lower back training. I have a yoga ball and a weight limit, but I do not know any given year. This is the area that has this real strong burn after you excersise ... almost like a tickling / high horrific burns. But I need it and I need to extend the lower back in particular. Spinal stretches help too. I really do not need to lose weight. Maybe read the first question?
In fact, I herniated a disc in my lower back about 8 months ago, so I do know that some sections that may help. Try laying on your back and bend your knees so that they hit the chest. Then stick one leg straight while holding the other leg toward your chest for 20 seconds. And then repeat with other leg. Another that works well for me is to lean back while resting on the elbows, place your knees and tighten your lower abdomen. This is not your complete set of abs. I know it sounds weird, but if you think you can do (for about 30 seconds to a minute). I know there are others but I forgot those who do not work well for me. Hope that helps!
