How to hit 3 quarter swing in golf?

I am a 12 handicap and I'm always at 95-100% effort to the ball anywhere what (except pitching, chipping and putting course). But when I am in parking i hit the club full shorter because I'm not 3 shots quarter also. Every time I try it out the lowest and doesn't have teeth is normal and is very inaccurate. Now, do you swing the same speed for 3 quarter shots and just having swing shorter, or vice versa? Also exercises to help would be welcome.

Always try to keep the system from the same club on your backswing and through ... If you slow down you'll take a piece of land and the ball will not go where you planned. On the swing 3 / 4, simply shorten your swing, but to maintain its speed even club is very important. Go to the beach and try it a few times to learn before to do in a game. Other than this is your practice in your swing mechanics to keep it as same as your regular swing as you can (just once more short).
