Knee Problems Golf
Why do my bones pop?

I am 17 years old healthy male secondary. And every time I play golf in my bones, my swing pop. Its always something different. Sometimes my knee, my shoulder, back, risks, neck and arms. I'm too young, I think having this problem whats up with my bones!?

used to happen to me all the time too if a new movement (not used to playing) it will go away in time if you have the golf for some time and this just started your probably in a growth spurt when you pop a joint two things can happen: the gas used as lubercant between joints can be escaping or ligaments are moved in a way they are not used to and recover very quickly in regular position (more common in the legs) to make a crack ligaments may be using training strenghtend Resistance (wieght lifting) The exhaust gas is not harmful, but a couple studies showing long-term damage occur in May or swelling soft tissue (long-term mean years of violence continued) that is not your bones cracking, but the controls and inbetween Connectin DONT worry unless it starts to hurt, if it hurts stop immediately and consult a doc
