What should ltr include when asking for donations to clubs and golf resorts as our gift to the charity golf

I'm a Country Club community service that hosts a charity golf outlet for our local club. All yields fundraising for our community, usually for our children and programs for disabled adults we sponsor. Course attendance was down due to release in golf competition for other really great causes. I am asking prices for land and golf resorts in Michigan for donations to encourage golfers to join our high output. The LTR I been said that "due to the large volume of applications, so that some groups get these fantastic contest. Is there a foolproof method of collection funding success. This is my first year in the golf committee, so I'm making a difference.
