Does anyone know a quick cure or at least alleviate the pain in 3 days or less? Im having a golf tournament in three days, with a wrist injury completely drained my swing to ... if I try to rotate my wrist ... I felt pain. It is important to store power for a golf swing ... any help, please? Thank you in advance

I guess you know the ice and take ibuprofen to reduce swelling and then wrap it when you golf, and try to let it rest before your tournament so it can heal
