What is the rule for a golf ball struck in a bed of flowers?

What is the rule if I hit a ball in a bed of flowers on a field golf. Several times, around a green there is a space decorated with flowers and ornamental shrubs. If I hit a ball in this area can I get a free lift. I can not find a rule that explains this specificly.

Under the rules of golf you want to play well because it is - the flowers are integral to the course. However many courses have a rule of exhaustion you get a free fall flower beds or newly planted trees, simply because they do not want the damaged areas. If this is the case, it must be indicated on the dashboard under "local rules". If nothing is displayed, then just play, or take an unplayable lie.
