Golf Databases

Lost Phone, possible that the SIM contacts are stored somewhere else in a database?
I lost my phone golf at work I work to coarse. It was pouring rain and thought it might be in a puddle or something, do not have any idea where she is, she was sitting on the backs of carts and someone is gone. Is there a way i can get the information that was on the sim card? or what is with the phone stays with the phone? and so I tried to call another phone and it rings again this means that I am not always work in a puddle or something, or it can mean anything.
Chances are, contacts SIM has long been lost if you do not have it saved on your computer or your wireless provider directly. AT & T offers a feature called Mobile Backup that stores your contacts to a server if you lose your phone or damage your SIM card, but if you were subscribed to this feature before you lost the phone, there would be no way to get your contacts after the disaster. One suggestion is to go online for site your wireless provider to view details of your appeal, as this is where you will see the mobile phone number, you were in contact with Bill over the past cycles.
