After all, Belize City is known as one of the most dangerous cities in America Central. If entering the water with natural predators is not your cup of tea, making a sailing trip to visit other islands. Belize has several islands and you can take a trip to a picnic on the beach or enjoy a drink to the island resort upscale on Ambergris Caye.

Caye Caulker can not be too developed but you can still enjoy great food from seafood, pasta and barbecue. The nightlife is not wild, but you can find a nice bar for a drink or two, watch on the water by swinging in a hammock or listen to live music in the evening.

Belize is certainly full of many more sites. He has rainforest and islands, and the largest cave system in Central America. It abounds in wildlife monkeys to jaguars. Like its neighbors around him, he Mayan ruins scattered throughout the country for you to enjoy and beautiful beaches are everywhere, the best being in Placencia on the continent.

It would take weeks to really experience all that Belize has to offer, but if you have time, it is certainly worth the investment.
